The parking area shall be paved with a bituminous material and concrete curb and <br />gutter provided around its perimeter and the access drive. <br />8. Roof top heating and ventilating units shall blend with the exterior of the building. <br />9. Final building, lighting and landscaping plans shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of City staff including the building inspector, CPTED Officer and City Forester. <br />10. A signage plan shall be submitted to City Staff for their review and approval prior to <br />issuance of any sign permits. <br />11. Permits shall be obtained from the Rice Creek Watershed District and Anoka County <br />prior to any site work. <br />The MOTION was supported by Mr. Schilling. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Private Clubs/Lodges - Zoning Category <br />It was the consensus of the Planning and Zoning Board to address this issue at the April <br />14, 1999, meeting. <br />Mr. Smyser asked Board members to be prepared at the next meeting with ideas and <br />suggested conditions regarding this issue. <br />VII.
