The road will be owned by the owner of the property. The road comes in at <br />an angle which may change depending on what happens to the east of the property. If the <br />road were squared a pie shaped piece of land would be created that is not usable. <br />Mr. Engstrom advised the design concept is adaptable to a play place. It has not yet been <br />determined if the play place will be included in the first phase. <br />Mr. Dunn suggested a mechanism be put in place and incorporated into the development <br />agreement to drive McDonald's to add the play place. Mr. Wessel indicated he is open to <br />that suggestion. <br />Ms. Carlson stated she appreciates the effort made by McDon <br />in support of Mr. Dunn's suggestion because a play place <br />asked if there is any commercial incentive planned for <br />there is no commercial incentive for this project. <br />ndicated she is <br />City.
