This project has the opportunity to be unique. If a <br />sit down restaurant is developed in the future, it could also be differently unique. The <br />uniqueness of the project will sustain and draw interest. <br />Mr. Dunn asked if the private road is McDonald's property. He also asked if the design <br />concept is adaptable to an indoor play place. <br />
