Permits shall be obtained from the Rice Creek Watershed District for drainage <br />improvements. <br />8. The City Engineer shall approve all final grading, drainage and utility plans. <br />9. Access permits to Lake Drive shall be obtained from Anoka County. <br />10. Lighting plans shall be reviewed by staff prior to installation. <br />
