He indicated he has no problem with the staff conditions. Construction will begin as soon as possible. Mr. Corson asked if the applicant is updating the septic system so it is not necessary to hook up to City utilities. Mr. McDonald indicated he spoke with a designer regarding the septic system two months ago. He stated tonight is the first time he has heard about MUSA availability. • •
