Johnson/Killey, 261 & 271 Elm Streit, Minor Subdivision <br />Mr. and Mrs. Johnson currently own the property at 261 Elm Street which consists of a <br />108' x 208' parcel containing their home and a 56' x 216' parcel to the north of their <br />home. They would like to transfer the east 56' x 108' of this parcel to the Killey's. The <br />proposed conveyance would provide for two parcels, each consisting of a 108' x 264' <br />parcel. <br />Staff recommended approval of this minor subdivision based on conditions. <br />\\Mr. Johnson asked about the 1/2 foot discrepancy in the property. City of Lino takes, Montain & Molitor Property, 6510 Centerville Road and <br />6410 Centerville Road, Minor Subdivision to facilitate future recreation complex <br />The City of Lino Lakes is processing this minor subdivison as the applicant on behalf of <br />the Montain's and the Molitor's. The minor subdivision is required to facilitate the City's <br />purchase of property for a future community recreation complex at the south east corner <br />of Birch Street and Centerville Road. The property in question is zoned rural and <br />indicated as such on the existing Land Use Plan. <br />The proposal is to purchase approximately 60 acres of property from the Montain family <br />leaving a 10 acre parcel containing their homestead. Additionally, the City would <br />purchase five (5) of the 6.6 acre Molitor parcel. The balance of 1.6 acres would be added <br />to their existing homesite of 1.4 acres for a total of 3 acres.
