CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes P1anni� : ni "a: oard meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m., November 10, 1999. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 0 •,_" 1999 <br />Ms. Carlson made a MOTI <br />meeting of the Lino Lak <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />pro = the presented minutes of the October 13, 1999, <br />g & Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. Dunn. <br />III. APPROVAL 0 <br />The agenda was app ed as presented. <br />V. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:35. <br />Mr. Dave Bombeck, 626 Main Street, expressed concern regarding the speed limit on <br />Main Street and at Lake Drive and Main Street. He stated that area is highly residential <br />and the speed used on that road is excessive. He also noted that there are no turn lanes on <br />Main Street. Mr. Bombeck asked how to get the speed limit reduced or add a pedestrian <br />walkway. <br />
