Also a lighting plan will <br />be required to be sure there is no glare on the public right -of -way. Signage is in <br />compliance with City code. Approval is recommended with the listed conditions <br />in the staff report. <br />Mr. Dick Gilbert stated that he is working with Mr. Fogarty on the design of the <br />buildings. All of the buildings have the same theme and are of rock face with <br />decorative patterns on all four sides. The developer will comply with the <br />landscaping recommendations. <br />Mr. Dunn made a MOTION, Ms. Dahl seconded to approve the site plan <br />submitted for F. Fogarty V with the following conditions: <br />1. A revised site plan be submitted to address the following parking <br />related issues: <br />a. A minimum 15 -foot setback of all parking areas and drive <br />isles shall be provided from the public right -of -way. <br />b. All proposed parking stalls shall have a minimum 9 -foot <br />width. <br />c. A minimum of three (3) parking stalls shall be designated for <br />disability use. <br />2, The applicant shall enter into an access agreement with the <br />property owner to the north. <br />3. All tenants of the proposed structure shall utilize the trash facilities <br />within the trash enclosure structures or shall provide independent trash <br />storage areas within the structure. <br />4. The architectural appearance and materials of the proposed <br />buildings shall be subject to the review and approval of the City's CPTED <br />Officer and the City Council. <br />5. The submitted landscape plan shall be revised to address the <br />following issues, subject to review and approval of the City Forester and <br />the City's CPTED Officer. <br />a. Provide additional plantings along the front property line <br />adjacent to the 4th Avenue /Apollo Drive intersection. <br />b. No plantings shall be located within the public right -of -way. <br />c. Provide substantial additional plantings at the rear of the <br />property to screen loading areas from view from Interstate 35W. <br />
