Motion <br />carried 5 -0 -1 (Schones abstained as he was not present at <br />the January 10, 1996 meeting). <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Chair Schaps noted for the audience <br />that item B Public Hearing, would be continued to the <br />March meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />OPEN MIKE: Chair Schaps declared the Open Mike portion <br />of the meeting open at 6:33 p.m. <br />Hearing no public comments at this time, Rick Gelbmann <br />made a MOTION to close the Open Mike portion of the <br />meeting at 6:34 p.m. and was supported by Thomas Mesich. <br />All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />A. PUBLIC HEARING - 96 -1, Rezoning, Minor <br />Subdivision,Site Plan Review, Centennial School District, <br />Elm Street <br />Chair Schaps opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br />Planning Consultant Brixius briefly reviewed the staff <br />report regarding the request of Centennial School <br />District to construct a middle school upon a 64 acre site <br />located south of Highway I -35 and north of Elm Street. <br />
