CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at <br />6:35 p.m., August 14, 1996. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Don Dunn made a MOTION to approve the minutes as submitted for the July 10, <br />1996 Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting and was supported by Dahl. <br />Motion carried, 6 -0. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />There were no changes. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared the Open Mike portion of the meeting at 6:37 p.m. <br />Al Robinson made a MOTION to close the Open Mike portion of the meeting at <br />6:38 p.m. and was supported by Dunn. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />V. ACTION ITEMS: <br />A. 96 -26, Continuation of Public Hearing, Shoreview Covenant Church, Ash <br />Street (Co. Rd. J), Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review <br />Chair Schaps declared that the continued public hearing for the Shoreview <br />Covenant Church remains open as of 6:39 p.m. <br />Planning Coordinator Wyland stated that the Board continued this hearing in <br />order to allow the applicant to meet with the neighborhood residents, Parks <br />Director and Mr. Carlson with regard to several issues. Mr. Carlson and church <br />officials were not able to come to an agreement, as it is uncertain what will be <br />done with the remainder of the church property. The church would like to keep <br />as many options open as possible and is willing to continue discussions with the <br />
