Guy Herr made a motion to approve application 95 -11 -S, Nol -Tec, XXX Apollo Drive, Site Plan Review with added condition number eight limiting visible impact of rooftop equipment and provide screening around that equipment, and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. Motion carried. D. 95 -7 -C, Teleport, 6221 Holly Drive, Amended Conditional Use Permit Chair Schaps OPENED the Public Hearing at 7:07 p.m. Planning Coordinator Wyland briefly reviewed a request to install two satellite antenna's within an existing telecommunication compound on Holly Drive. Ms. Wyland indicated staff has reviewed the request and would recommend approval with all conditions contained in the original and subsequent permits and the condition that proper building permits be obtained prior to installation. Bill Johnson made a MOTION to CLOSE the Public Hearing, and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. Motion carried. The Public Hearing was CLOSED at 7:10 p.m. Rick Gelbmann made a MOTION to approve application 95-7 - C, Teleport, 6221 Holly Drive, Amended Conditional Use Permit, and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. Motion carried. E. 95 -8 -P, Art LaCasse, 6609 24th Avenue, Minor Subdivision Planning Coordinator Wyland indicated this item has been before the Board, once in February of 1994 and again in January of 1995. Ms. Wyland indicated the property owner has now determined that he would prefer a slightly different configuration to facilitate the sale of the property to his grandchildren. 5
