PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />April 12, 1995 <br />. visual impact and /or screening added to mask the <br />appearance of equipment. <br />• <br />• <br />Mr. Gelbmann asked what size trucks would be traveling on <br />site. Mr. Nolen indicated full size semi - trucks. <br />Mr. Herr asked if all employee counts for all phases had <br />been included in parking plans. Mr. Nolen stated the <br />future expansions have been taken into consideration, and <br />parking should be adequate. <br />Guy Herr made a motion to approve application 95 -11 -S, <br />Nol -Tec, XXX Apollo Drive, Site Plan Review with added <br />condition number eight limiting visible impact of rooftop <br />equipment and provide screening around that equipment, <br />and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. Motion <br />carried. <br />D. 95 -7 -C, Teleport, 6221 Holly Drive, Amended <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Chair Schaps OPENED the Public Hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />Planning Coordinator Wyland briefly reviewed a request to <br />install two satellite antenna's within an existing <br />telecommunication compound on Holly Drive. <br />Ms. Wyland indicated staff has reviewed the request and <br />would recommend approval with all conditions contained in <br />the original and subsequent permits and the condition <br />that proper building permits be obtained prior to <br />installation. <br />Bill Johnson made a MOTION to CLOSE the Public Hearing, <br />and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. Motion <br />carried. The Public Hearing was CLOSED at 7:10 p.m. <br />Rick Gelbmann made a MOTION to approve application 95-7 - <br />C, Teleport, 6221 Holly Drive, Amended Conditional Use <br />Permit, and was supported by Al Robinson. All voted aye. <br />Motion carried. <br />E. 95 -8 -P, Art LaCasse, 6609 24th Avenue, Minor <br />Subdivision <br />Planning Coordinator Wyland indicated this item has been <br />before the Board, once in February of 1994 and again in <br />January of 1995. <br />Ms. Wyland indicated the property owner has now <br />determined that he would prefer a slightly different <br />configuration to facilitate the sale of the property to <br />his grandchildren. <br />5 <br />
