CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Guy Herr made a MOTION to approve <br />the minutes of the July 12, 1995 meeting as submitted and <br />was supported by Tom Mesich. All voted aye. Motion <br />carried. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Chair Pro -tem Robinson indicated <br />there were no changes to the agenda. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE: Chair Pro -tem declared the Open Mike portion <br />of the meeting opened at 6:41 p.m. <br />Ms. Nieves Colon addressed the Planning and Zoning Board <br />regarding the notice she received regarding stock piling <br />south of Pineridge. Chair Pro -tem indicated this item is <br />on the agenda and would be addressed later in the <br />meeting. <br />Hearing no further comments under Open Mike, Chair Pro - <br />tem Robinson closed the Open Mike portion of the meeting <br />at 6:43 p.m. <br />V. PLANNING ITEMS: <br />A. 95 -23 -S, Centennial School District, Minor <br />Subdivision, Elm Street <br />Planning Consultant Brixius reviewed the request for a <br />minor subdivision. Centennial School District #12 is in <br />the process of preparing a bond issue for construction of <br />a new school on property owned by the District north of <br />Elm Street. <br />Mr. Brixius indicated the property to be subdivided is <br />Zoned R -1 and indicated as single family residential on <br />the City's 1990 Land Use Map. The property owned by the <br />School District is Zoned Public /Semi Public and adjoins <br />the parcels to be subdivided. He noted at some point in <br />the future, should the bond issued be approved, the <br />
