Carlson, Conditional Use Permit for stockpile of <br />dirt south of Pineridge II and III with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Side slopes shall not be steeper than a 3:1 <br />slope. <br />2. Height of the stockpile shall not exceed 6 <br />feet. <br />3. Side slopes shall be seeded an mulched to <br />prevent erosion. <br />4. Stockpile shall be monitored by owner and <br />vegetation kept consistent with surrounding <br />vegetation. <br />5. Hours of operation 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />Saturdays, with no work on Sundays, be adhere to. <br />Tom Mesich seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion <br />carried. <br />VI. DISCUSSION: A work session was set for September 1, 1995 <br />at 7:00 a.m. Chair Pro -tem Robinson requested a reminder <br />notice be sent to the Commissioners. <br />Chair Pro -tem Robinson indicated he had seen a stockpile <br />on the corner of Hodgson Road and Birch. Mr. Powell <br />indicated he has been investigating the issue and has <br />contacted the Forest Lake Contracting regarding a <br />Conditional Use Permit. He noted he also contacted Ms. <br />Wyland regarding the issue. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT: Tom Mesich made a MOTION to adjourn the <br />meeting 7:20 p.m. and was supported by Rick Gelbmann. <br />All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />5 <br />
