Mr. Ronald
Hoffman has purchased the property at 7960 Lake Drive,
south /east corner of Lake and James, and would like to
construct a Dairy Queen.
Ms. Wyland noted the proposed building is designed to
meet the setback requirements of the Zoning Code. The
drive - through lane, however, is shown as five foot from
the property line and a ten foot setback is required.
She recommended that the ten foot setback be maintained
and those waiting for service be directed toward the
parking area on the east side of the building.
