AMENDMENT TO VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE CITY CODE <br />PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITION AND REGULATION OF PRIVATE STREETS <br />Planning Consultant Brixius asked if the Public Hearing on <br />this item could be continued until the next meeting of the P <br />& Z. Mr. Robinson made a MOTION to continue the Public <br />Hearing and was supported by Mr. Mesich. All voted aye. <br />Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1001.09 OF THE CITY CODE <br />PERTAINING TO PLAT STAGING <br />Chairman Schaps opened the public hearing on this Ordinance <br />amendment. There were no comments from the public. The <br />hearing was closed. Mr. Mesich made a MOTION and was <br />supported by Mr. Robinson to adopt the Ordinance as proposed. <br />All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />V. DISCUSSION ITEMS: <br />A. Handicapped Parking - update <br />Mr. Brixius explained that the City Council will be holding a <br />work session to discuss the new handicapped rules for 1983. <br />It was the general consensus from Staff that the City should <br />take the lead in applying these new rules. <br />B. Private Park - update <br />Mr. Brixius explained that he is working on an amendment to <br />the base zoning districts that would address private parks. <br />He should have something for the P & Z by the next meeting. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon the unanimous consent of the P & Z the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:35 P.M. <br />
