ACTION ITEMS:
A. 93 -1 -P, Pheasant Hills Minor Subdivision, Birch Street
Mr. Brixius, Planning Consultant, explained that Mr. Ed
Vaughan is requesting a minor subdivision to facilitate the
trade of approximately 11 acres of his land off Birch Street
for 8+ acres of school district property adjacent to Pheasant
Hills Preserve. The proposal has been approved by the School
District and is necessary to obtain fee ownership of the land
prior to a revised preliminary plat consideration and rezoning
for Pheasant Hills. The staff would recommend approval of the
minor subdivision and land trade with no insinuation that this
be endorsement of the revised concept or approval of a
preliminary plat. These applications will be evaluated on
their own merit and will be subject to delineation of wetland
boundaries and topography and other subdivision information
required with a preliminary plat.
