CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Mr. Schones made a motion and was <br />supported by Mr. Landers to approve the minutes of the July <br />14, 1993 meeting as submitted. All voted aye. Mr. Gelbmann <br />abstained as he was not present at the July meeting. Motion <br />carried. <br />III. OPEN MIKE: <br />Mr. Brian Webster was present to discuss the proposed revision <br />of the Accessory Building Ordinance. He stated that he is <br />building a home in Lino Lakes and would like to construct a <br />1,000 square foot garage attached to his home. He also <br />indicated that there are at least two other people considering <br />building in Lino Lakes who would like oversized garages. He <br />indicated his support for the proposed amendment and <br />encouraged the P & Z to consider the amendment favorably. <br />IV. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. 93 -9 -P, Behm's Century Farms, Subdivision /Rezoning <br />Chairman Schaps advised the Board and the audience that a <br />letter has been received from Mr. Gary Uhde withdrawing his <br />subdivision and rezoning request for the Behm's Century Farms <br />project. This item will, therefore, not be discussed. Mr. <br />Uhde indicated that he may be resubmitting his proposal in <br />October. <br />B. 93 -5 -P, Oaks of Lino, Aspen Lane Subdivision <br />Planning Consultant Brixius advised the Board that additional <br />hydrology is needed to review this plat due to the fact that <br />1 <br />
