• P & Z Work Session <br />9 -30 -93 <br />in the R -BR Zoning District. It was suggested that the ordinance <br />be modified to allow more than 2,000 square feet of accessory <br />building use. The P & Z agreed with the provisions of the <br />ordinance and a public hearing will be scheduled for the regular <br />November meeting. <br />• <br />C. Oaks of Lino Lakes - Mr. Brixius presented a revised plan for <br />the Oaks of Lino and indicated that changes have been made to <br />comply with RCWD requirements. Overall the density has been <br />reduced and the plan appears workable. No grading plan has been <br />submitted to date so further review is on hold. The general <br />consensus was that this plan appeared workable. <br />D. Behm's Century Farms - A revised plan was reviewed showing an <br />alternate street alignment for the Behm's Farm. The developer has <br />asked what is the plan for the area! If expansion residential - <br />then this scheme may be feasible. There was discussion regarding <br />lot area and density. Darrell Schneider again indicated that this <br />would be a valuable development to get sewer and water closer to <br />those area south of Lilac that are experiencing difficulty with <br />existing on -site systems. Some work will have to be done in the <br />near future to provide services to these areas and some type of <br />alternate financing due to the Charter constraints. No conclusions <br />were reached on this item. The developer will be at the next P & <br />Z meeting to discuss the concept with staff. <br />E.
