Screening shall be provided by a double row of evergreens, <br />10' apart, balled and burlapped. <br />5. The car wash shall not be constructed until such time as <br />sewer and water is available, or an acceptable recycle system <br />is devised to accommodate 100% of the water from the car wash. <br />Drainage and utility plans subject to approval of RCWSD. <br />City Council shall review /approve proposed signage for site. <br />Delete conditions 7 & 8. <br />All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />ITEM 7 - P &Z 92 -07 <br />Minor Subdivision - Bernice Blastervold <br />Planning Consultant Brixius stated that this is a simple <br />rearrangement of lot lines to rectify a non - conforming setback <br />situation. Staff would recommend approval. <br />MOTION: Mesich moved and was supported by Schaps to approve the <br />request as submitted. <br />All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />ITEM 8 - P &Z 92 -08 <br />Site /Building Plan for Nature Interpretive Center <br />Planning Consultant Brixius reviewed the proposed request which is <br />to construct a 10,640 sq. ft. nature interpretive center north of <br />George Watch Lake within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes County Park <br />Reserve. Anoka County has received a grant from the State of <br />Minnesota to provide for this construction. Staff would recommend <br />approval of the request with the conditions outlined in the staff <br />report. <br />4 <br />
