CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 12, 1992 <br />Al Robinson moved and was supported by Tom Mesich to approve <br />the minutes of the August 12, 1992 meeting as submitted. All <br />voted aye. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Mesich indicated that they had not received all pages of <br />Ordinance No. 92 -85 concerning Location of New Development in <br />the Council Minutes and he would like to have the whole copy. <br />He also asked if it would be possible to get their copies of <br />the Council minutes a little sooner. Mary Kay stated she <br />would check on this and mail out the minutes rather than <br />holding them for the Agenda Packets. <br />III. OPEN MIKE: No one was present for Open Mike. <br />IV. ACTION ITEMS: <br />A. 92 -42 -S, Northern Natural Gas, 8198 20th Ave., Site Plan <br />Mary Kay Wyland reviewed this request which is to construct <br />a 6 x 9 EFM Building and a 12 x 16 Meter Building on an <br />easement located on the northern boundary of the City just <br />east of 20th Avenue. The Staff recommended approval of the <br />request provided proper building permits are obtain and a <br />landscape plan be provided and approved screening the site <br />from the roadway. <br />1 <br />
