PLANNING & ZONING BOARD 4 OCT. 14, 1992 staff for further consideration. It was suggested that a work session be held, and that Councilmember Kuether be invited to attend. All voted aye, motion carried to table request. C. 92 -47 -P, M. Carlson, 8189 20th Ave., Subdivision Mary Kay Wyland reviewed this request which is to add a .75 acre parcel to an existing .75 acre parcel to allow for the encroachment of some outbuildings. The larger parcel will remain 11.15 acres thus within the 10 acre requirement of the Rural zoning district and the smaller parcel with remain non - conforming - but with 1.5 acres rather than .75 as previously existing. Staff would recommend approval of the request as submitted. After some discussion Kathleen Nordine moved and was supported by Al Robinson to approve the request as submitted with the condition that the two smaller tracks be combined when recorded with the County. All voted aye. Motion carried. D. Resolution No. 92 -1, Tax Increment Financing -Dist. 1 -5 Mary Kay Wyland explained that this Resolution merely supports the Tax Increment Financing Plan for the proposed Senior Cottages on Elm Street that were previously approved by the P & Z Board. The Resolution must be added to their Tax Increment Financing Plan. Member Robinson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: LINO LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION 92 -1 RESOLUTION REGARDING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 -5 WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council and Economic Development Authority have authorized preparation of a tax increment financing plan (Plan) for the proposed Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 -5; and WHEREAS, the Plan has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board for its comment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the Plan and compared it with the City's comprehensive plan and other plans for development of the City.
