Total number of units not to exceed 70. <br />2. Berm areas to be expanded adjacent to I -35W with <br />the addition of some fencing with added landscaping <br />material. <br />3. Added berming and landscaping be placed adjacent to <br />Elm Street. <br />4. Aluminum siding be required for all building <br />exteriors with approximately ten per cent of the <br />total projects facade to be an alternative - <br />creatively applied and maintenance free. <br />5. "Timberline" brand shingles or an approved equal be <br />used for all roof areas. <br />6. Addition of an underground watering system for all <br />green areas. <br />7. Detail for mail boxes and lighting. Hooded lamps <br />required. <br />8. Design of a more natural or curvilinear ponding <br />area and the addition of landscape material near <br />the pond. <br />9. Submittal of building and shingles colors. <br />10. Submittal of window designs and specifications. <br />11. Submittal of complete landscaping details with <br />common name, sizes, and type of plantings to be <br />used. <br />12. Removal of all driveways exiting directly onto the <br />street. <br />13. Submitted at all other information found in the <br />zoning and subdivision ordinances adopted by the <br />city. <br />14.
