• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />September 13, 1989 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning <br />Board was brought to order by Chairman Charles Prokop at 7:02 <br />p.m., in the Lino Lakes City Hall. Members present were: <br />Chairman Charles Prokop, Boardmembers Alan Irwin, Robert <br />King, Sally Kuether, Fred Chase and Al Robinson. Also <br />present were: Councilmembers Harold Bisel, Andy Neal and <br />Harold Bisel; City Planner, John Miller.; and Planning <br />Secretary, Laura Elken. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Planning & Zoning Work Session, August 9, 1989 <br />Alan Irwin moved to approve the August 9th minutes as <br />written. Fred Chase seconded the motion and the motion was <br />approved. <br />Planning & Zoning Meeting, August 9, 1989 <br />Pg. 5, in the MOTION: #1 should read: <br />1. A minimum of 18 five -foot b and b Colorado blue <br />spruce and 18 2 1/2 inch dbh silver maple trees be <br />planted adjacent to Holly Drive and landscaping to <br />adequately screen the fenced in site from view of <br />Holly Drive as determined by city staff. <br />Pg. 8, paragraph 8 should read: The plans show 4.8/1,000 <br />people, the minimum is 5/1000. <br />Robert King moved to approve the minutes of the August 9th <br />meeting as corrected. Alan Irwin seconded the motion and the <br />motion was approved. <br />Special Planning & Zoning Meeting, August 23, 1989 <br />Pg. 1, paragraph 5, sentence should read: <br />Land is precious for this development resulting in a site <br />plan with only 26 per cent green area including 9,500 sq. ft. <br />in road right -of -way, with considerable detail giving the <br />appearance of a considerable amount of plant material. <br />Pg. 2, last paragraph, delete: "city is considering a code <br />change on these items ". And add: "because the current zone <br />is outdated ". <br />Pg. 3, paragraph 3, the MOTION should read: Sally Kuether <br />moved that before the convenience store with motor fuel <br />service moves in... <br />Pg. 3, paragraph 4, the MOTION should read: Alan Irwin moved <br />to refer that issues of the screening fence be worked out by <br />
