• • PLANNING AND ZONING FEBRUARY 10, 1988 Chairman Dave Cody called to order the regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 1988. Board members present: Chairman Cody, Nelson, Averbeck and Irwin. Board members absent: Prokop, Joyer and Crohn. Also present were City Planner - John Miller, Building Inspector - Pete Kluegel., City Administrator -- Randy Schumacher, City Engineer - Ron Stahlberg, Council members - Bill Bohjanen, and Harold Bisel, and Secretary - Connie Husby. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Averbeck requested a correction in minutes. Her name was left out of those present at the January 13th meeting. Irwin also requested a correction: Second to the last page of the minutes, instead of page 2 it should say page 3. Also, down three lines of the same page - Floor Area Rquirements, should say Re- Subdivision Requirements. Also, Page 10 - the first line on the page - An added note for Re- Subdivision should read maximum density. Also, same page - number 7B, 7D, and 7C should be deleted. MOTION: Averbeck moved to accept the minutes of the January 13th meeting as amended. Joyer seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously. At 7:14 Joyer and Elmer Crohn joined the meeting. Chairman Cody welcomed Mr. Crohn as the newest member appointed to be on our Planning and Zoning Board. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN: Open Floor Nomination - Nelson nominated Cody again for Chairman. Joyer seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously. Dave Cody was elected to serve as Chairman on the Planning and Zoning Board for 1988. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN: Open Floor Nomination - Averbeck nominated Nelson for Vice Chairman. Joyer seconded the motion and the motion was carried uananimously. Cheryl Nelson was elected to serve as Vice Chairman on the Planning and Zoning Board for 1988.
