The developer also indicated he would abide by setbacks as they now exist. Also the name of the street will be changed from Lakeview Circle to LaMotte Circle. Nelson seconded the motion. More discussion followed and the motion carried four to three with Nelson, Averbeck and Irwin voting no. REQUEST FOR A LOT SPLIT FOR KEN LUNDGREN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR HOLLY DRIVE. APPLICATION 87 -33 REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO REDUCE LOT FRONTAGE, APPLICATION 87 -34. This item was tabled from the January meeting pending 1) Additional information including location of a ghost plat for the future subdivision of the land and 2) Clarification of the method of subdividing the land. There was general discussion regarding this lot split. MOTION: Nelson moved to recommend approval to the City Council regarding the metes and bounds subdivision application 87 -33 as presented with the following conditions: * If the 330 foot easement location to be determined by the City Planner and City Engineer be granted along the common lot line between D and E to be used presently as driveway access and for future utility roads. Averbeck seconded the motion and the motion carried unanimously. Through the granting of the easement there are no requirements for a variance regarding the frontage requirements. DISCUSSION OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO PERMIT AND CONTROL THE TEMPORARY PARKING OF TRUCKS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS. Section 8 of the city's zoning ordinance provides regulations for parking of cars and trucks in the city's several zoning districts. Subdivision 5 of that section states: PAGE 9
