More discussion followed and <br />the motion carried four to three with Nelson, Averbeck and <br />Irwin voting no. <br />REQUEST FOR A LOT SPLIT FOR KEN LUNDGREN FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED NEAR HOLLY DRIVE. APPLICATION 87 -33 REQUEST FOR <br />VARIANCE TO REDUCE LOT FRONTAGE, APPLICATION 87 -34. <br />This item was tabled from the January meeting pending <br />1) Additional information including location of a ghost <br />plat for the future subdivision of the land and <br />2) Clarification of the method of subdividing the land. <br />There was general discussion regarding this lot split. <br />MOTION: Nelson moved to recommend approval to the City <br />Council regarding the metes and bounds subdivision <br />application 87 -33 as presented with the following <br />conditions: <br />* If the 330 foot easement location to be determined <br />by the City Planner and City Engineer be granted <br />along the common lot line between D and E to be used <br />presently as driveway access and for future utility <br />roads. <br />Averbeck seconded the motion and the motion carried <br />unanimously. Through the granting of the easement there are <br />no requirements for a variance regarding the frontage <br />requirements. <br />DISCUSSION OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO PERMIT AND CONTROL THE <br />TEMPORARY PARKING OF TRUCKS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS. <br />Section 8 of the city's zoning ordinance provides <br />regulations for parking of cars and trucks in the city's <br />several zoning districts.
