PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD APRIL 13, 1988 <br />Chairman Davd Cody called to order the regular monthly <br />meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board at 7:00 <br />p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 1988. Board members present <br />included: Chairman Cody, Prokop, Averbeck, Irwin, and <br />Crohn. Also present were Building Inspector - Pete Kluegel, <br />City Enginneer - Ron Stahlberg, City Planner - John Miller, <br />Mayor - Ben Benson, Council member Harold Bisel, and <br />Secretary - Connie Husby. <br />Absent: Cheryl Nelson, & Jeff Joyer <br />111 CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Prokop requested the following <br />changes in the minutes of the March meeting: <br />1. Page 4, second paragraph, third line should read <br />...square footage, something less than allowed on a <br />one acre lot but more than on a city lot. Perhaps..." <br />2. Page 6, "Adjournment" Moved by Joyer and seconded by <br />Averbeck to adjourn. Motion carried and meeting <br />adjourned at 10:00. <br />Irwin requested the following changes: <br />1. Page 1, fifth paragraph, add "A variance would also <br />be required because there would be no access on a <br />public road. There would also be difficulties in <br />fencing off or blocking a public road if the gate <br />at Acton's property were maintained." <br />2. Page 5, the motion by Irwin to read "Irwin moved to <br />recommend to the City Council that it amend the truck <br />parking ordinance that would allow truck parking in <br />residential zones by permit provided the following <br />requirements are met." <br />Motion: Prokop moved to accept the minutes as corrected and <br />amended. Seconded by Crohn and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE: Jim Hedlund of 1225 Rondeau Lake Road appeared <br />before the board. It was requested by Mr. Hedlund that <br />
