PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />MAY 11, 1988 <br />Chairman Cody called to order the regular meeting of the <br />Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, <br />May 11, 1988. Board members present: Chairman Cody, <br />Prokop, Crohn, Irwin and Nelson. <br />Absent: Averbeck and Joyer <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />APRIL 13, 1988 MINUTES: Irwin made the following <br />corrections - <br />* Page 4 regarding the parking of trucks; <br />The Planning and Zoning Board only <br />passed #1 - Units shall not be parked <br />for more than 72 hours. (within a 7 <br />day period) was added by the council. <br />* Page 4 #7 - At a fee of $20.00 <br />annually was added by the council. <br />These should not show up in our minutes. <br />MOTION: Prokop moved to accept the minutes as corrrected. <br />Nelson seconded the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />APRIL 27, 1988 MINUTES: Irwin made the following <br />corrections - <br />* Page 3 Motion - The editorial change <br />should be part of the original motion. <br />MOTION: Prokop moved to accept the minutes as corrected. <br />Crohn seconded the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />Averbeck joined the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br />REQUEST FROM NORTH SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. FOR THE <br />RE- PLATTING OF ULMER'S RICE LAKE ADDITION, APPLICATION <br />411#88-12. <br />The applicant wishes to resubdivide the large lot Ulmer's <br />Rice Lake Addition into approximately 100 city lots. At the <br />boards last meeting the preliminary plat submitted by the <br />PAGE 1 <br />
