• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AUGUST 17, 1988 . <br />preparation of a development district program (Program) <br />and a tax increment financing plan (Plan) for the proposed <br />Development District No. 2 and Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 2 -1; and <br />WHEREAS, the Program and Plan have been submitted to <br />the Planning and Zoning Board for its comment pursuant to <br />Minn. Stat., Sections 469.124 to 469.134; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the <br />Program and Plan and compared them with the City's <br />comprehensive plan and other plans for development of the <br />City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning and <br />Zoning Board of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />1. The Program for Development District No. 2 and the Plan <br />for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 -1 are found <br />to be consistent with the plans for development of the <br />City of Lino Lakes as a whole. The properties in <br />questions are so named in the City Planners letter of <br />August 1988. <br />2.
