• • PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD September 14, 1988 Chairperson Dave Cody called the regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board to order at 7:05 P.M., Wednesday, September 14, 1988. Board members present included: Chairperson Cody and members: Elmers Crohn, Charles Prokop, Arine Averback, Jeff Joyer and Alan Irwin. Also present were Harold Bisel, City Councilman; Ron Stahlberg, City Engineer; Pete Kluegel, City Building Inspector; and John Miller, City Planner. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: It was moved by Mr. Prokop and seconded by Mr. Crohn to approve the minutes with the correction of several typographical errors. Mr. Irwin asked amendment of the motion to include: 1. Page 1. Change the sentence "The plan will show the acquisition and redevelopment of these properties..." to "The plan will show the redevelopment and /or acquisition of these properties..." 2. Page 5. Change the first sentence of the fourth paragraph from "Section 8 (1) (C) (i) (b) (a)..." to Section 8 (1) (C) (iii) (a) and (b)... "_ 3. Page 5. Change the first sentence of the seventh paragraph from "Chairman Cody recommends a variance on all of these issues based on subdivision 7..." to "Chairman Cody recommends a variance on all of these issues based on Section 5 subdivision 7..." 4. Page 6. Change line ten of the first paragraph from "...to facilitate road construction on the west bound and north bound." to "...to facilitate road construction on the west side and north side." 5. Page 7. Change the last line of the last paragraph from "knowingly purchased residential land changed its use..." to "...knowingly purchased residential land and changed its use..." 6. Page 9. Change the first sentence of the first paragraph in section I from "...the current language in section (4) (6), subdivision 7 - section (4) (9), • subdivision 7 - section (4) (11), subdivision 7 and adding..." to "...the current language in section 4 Page 1
