• <br />• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD September 14, 1988 <br />subdivision 7 (6), section 4 subdivision 7 (9), section 4 <br />subdivision 7 (11) and adding..." <br />Mr. Prokop and Mr. Crohn accepted the amendments and the <br />motion to approved as amended and carried unaminously. <br />OPEN MIKE: No persons appeared to speak before the board. <br />CHANGE OF MEETING DATE: City Engineer Ron Stahlberg <br />explained that G.M. Development (Gary Uhde) was asking for a <br />change in the October meeting date from October 12th to <br />Octobeer 5th. This request would allow G.M. Development to <br />present the plat for South Reshanau Lake Estates III to the <br />Planning and Zoning Board with City Council action on the <br />second rather than the fourth Monday. City Planner, John <br />Miller stated that the applicant had been forced to make <br />revisions in previous plats because of changes required <br />first by Rice Creek Watershed District, and then by the <br />city's Park Board. <br />Board member Elmer Crohn withdrew from discussion as the <br />request would benefit his Wildwood Subdivision. <br />It was moved by Mr. Joyer to change the October meeting date <br />to the first Monday. Mr. Prokop seconded the motion. The <br />motion carried with Mr. Crohn abstaining. <br />RELOCATED STRUCTURE REQUEST FROM TERRI BRIDGES: <br />City Planner, John Miller explained that the applicant <br />wishes to purchase a 2 1/2 acre lot in the vicinity of Main <br />Street and 4th Avenue. In addition, a request has been made <br />to permit a house to be moved to the site. <br />The city's Building Inspector, Peter Kluegel, has viewed the <br />house which is presently located in the city of Hugo. It is <br />a 1 1/2 story structure with an area of 1008 square feet. <br />Mr. Kluegel estimates the house is approximately 20 years <br />old. <br />The city planner listed the following recommendations as <br />conditions for permitting the move in. <br />1. Construction of a mound septic system <br />2. Updating of all windows <br />3. Installation of new siding <br />Page 2 <br />
