PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD October 5, 1988 <br />Chairperson Dave Cody called the regular meeting of the Lino <br />Lakes Planning and Zoning Board to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />Wednesday, October 5, 1988 at the Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />Boardmembers present included: Chairperson Cody and <br />members: Charles Prokop, Alan Irwin, Jeff Joyer, Elmer <br />Crohn, Arlene Averback, and Cheryl Nelson. Also Present <br />were: City Planner - John Miller, City Engineer - Ron <br />Stahlberg, Building Official - Peter Kluegel, and Secretary <br />- Laura Elken. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />It was moved by Jeff Joyer and seconded by Averback to <br />approve the minutes with the following corrections: <br />pg. 3 - the bottom line the word "section" is <br />misspelled. <br />pg. 4 - 6th paragraph, the word "proposed" is <br />misspelled. <br />pg. 6 - 7th paragraph, should state L -I instead <br />of I -1. <br />Joyer and Averback accept the amendments and a motion was <br />made to approve the minutes as amended. <br />OPEN MIKE: <br />Dan and Renee Allie made a request to subdivide a four acre <br />R -1 parcel into two - acre parcels. <br />After discussing frontage requirements and requirements <br />under the R -1 zone, the Planning and Zoning Board stated <br />that persons cannot subdivide anything under 10 acres in an <br />R -1 zone unless there is city sewer. <br />No action was taken. <br />CONSIDERATION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE <br />ESTATES FOR G.M. DEVELOPMENT, APPLICATION 88 -33. <br />Greg Kopischke described the plat to the board, TKDA has <br />received grading plans for phase 3 of South Reshanau Lake <br />Estates. <br />Page 1 <br />
