Mrs. Nelson seconded the motion
which carried unanimously.
OPEN MIKE
No one was scheduled to appear under open mike.
BUILDING OFFICIAL'S REPORT
Mr. Kluegel reported the following action taken at recent Council
meetings:
Site and Building Plan for Klosner Goertz addition to build-
ing in the Industrial Park was approved per P & Z recommend-
ations. (Application 87 -7)
Site and Building Plan for Klosner Goertz addition to mini -
storage facility was approved per P & Z recommendations.
(Application 87 -8), and public hearing set for the exterior
storage conditional use permit.
Minor subdivision for Glenn Rehbein (Application 87 -6) was
approved provided the deed contain language stating the
conveyed land is an unbuildable lot.
Mr. Kluegel informed the Board that a meeting will be held on
May 20, 1987 at 7:00 P.M. with the Metropolitan Council Planner
regarding the submitted comprehensive plan amendment.
Mr. Kluegel introduced John Miller, the interim planner and the
Board welcomed Mr. Miller.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
A consultant from Palmer Resources represented Custom Manufacturing
explaining that after further consideration, Custom Manufacturing
has decided to build their thermoplastics molding plant larger
than the design previously reviewed by P & Z. This change would
require moving the driveway over, but no other changes would re-
sult. Mr. Kluegel felt the larger building would have no affect
on the site and building plan; Mr. Miller has not had the oppor-
tunity to review the amendment to the site and building plan.
