Other Board -
members also felt that as a housekeeping item, Section 6, Subd.
18 (6) (C) should include language to clarify that "municipal"
and "County government" buildings are permitted uses in the PSP
district.
MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to direct the interim City Planner,
Mr. Miller, to recommend criteria for one -acre lots and make
the housekeeping change to Section 6, Subd. 18 (6) (C) above.
Mrs. Averbeck seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
Mr. Cody asked Mr. Marier if the P 6 Z has the power to give
this direction to the City Planner and Mr. Marier said he would
back this direction.
Mr. Irwin stated that he felt that the City should have a plan
for naming streets, possibly a grid. Some members felt that there
is a numbered street scheme, but not an alphabetical street scheme.
MOTION: Mr. Irwin moved to recommend to Council that a street
naming scheme, both numeric and alphabetic be put in place. Mrs.
Averbeck seconded the motion which carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned by unanimous decision at 10:13 P.M.
