• <br />• <br />• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />June 10, 1987 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board <br />was called to order by Chairman Cody at 7:01 P.M., Wednesday, <br />June 10, 1987. Boardmembers present: Irwin, Joyer, Averbeck, <br />Nelson. Mr. McLean joined the meeting at 7:05 P.M. Absent: <br />Prokop. Also present were Mr. Kluegel, Building Official; Mr. <br />Miller, Interim Planner; Mr. Marier, Council Liaison; and Mrs. <br />Foster, Secretary. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />May 13, 1987 - Mr. Joyer moved to accept the minutes of the 5/13/87 <br />Planning and Zoning Board meeting as presented. Ms. Nelson <br />seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE (See also additional "Open Mike" later during meeting) <br />Variance Feasibility - Mr. Tom Donlin appeared before the Board <br />stating that he would like to request a variance from the ten <br />acre lot size minimum in his area in order to add land to his <br />parcel from adjoining property owned by his family members. The <br />Board explained that they must follow ordinance and may only grant <br />a variance if the petitioner has met the findings of fact necessary <br />for a variance. Mr. Cody asked Mr. Donlin to get a copy of these <br />findings of fact from Mr. Kluegel and make a formal application if <br />he can make an argument which will meet the findings of fact. <br />BUILDING OFFICIAL'S REPORT <br />Mr. Kluegel reported the following action taken at recent Council <br />meetings: <br />Public Hearing took place regarding Klosner - Goertz request <br />for a conditional use permit for exterior storage at 448 <br />Lilac Street. Council approved the C.U.P. per P & Z recom- <br />mendations. <br />Site and Building Plan to add 48 feet to the previously <br />approved Custom Manufacturing plant site and building plan <br />was approved by Council with the stipulation that all pre- <br />vious conditions be carried out. <br />Site and Building Plan to construct a temporary modular <br />facility on Lino Lakes Correctional Facility was approved <br />with a limit of five years. <br />EJM Pipe Services Site and Building Plan was approved with <br />the stipulations that tree planting be completed by September <br />1987 and fencing and slatting completed by June, 1987. <br />The final plat for Gary Uhde's development - South Reshanau <br />Lake Shores was approved by Council. <br />Second readings were approved by Council for rezones for <br />both the South Reshanau Lake Shores plat and the D. Erickson <br />Second Addition plat. <br />
