• <br />• <br />• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />June 10, 1987 <br />Page Five <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minne- <br />sota passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is hereby amended <br />by adding the following: <br />AMENDMENT: Section 6 District Provisions, Subdivision 18 "PSP" <br />Public and Semi - Public District is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />(6) Permitted Uses. <br />(F) All public buildings for county and state <br />government including correctional facilities. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as ini- <br />tially passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />day of , 1987. <br />Benjamin G. Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />(One Acre Lots as Sewer Becomes Available) <br />Due to the late hour and the length of time expected to consider <br />the subject of "Subdividing One Acre Lots as Sewer Becomes Available ", <br />the Board decided to table this issue until the next P 6 Z meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. McLean and Mr. Marier reported the status of the comprehensive <br />plan amendment review by the Metro Council and informed the Board <br />that the City and Metro Council will meet again on 6/17/87. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. McLean asked Mr. Kluegel to inform the Public Works Department <br />that the sign along the road when entering the City of Lino Lakes <br />near County Rd. J and Otter Lake Road still reads "Village of Lino <br />Lakes" and Mr. McLean would like to have it changed and updated <br />to "City of Lino Lakes ". <br />The meeting adjourned by unanimous decision at 10:09 P.M. Aye. <br />
