• <br />• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />July 8, 1987 <br />Page Four <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 04 - 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF - <br />STREET AREAS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />AMENDMENT: Section 8, Subdivision 4 (C). All access drives, drive- <br />ways, approaches, sales lots, and parking areas shall be <br />surfaced with asphalt or concrete in a manner approved by <br />the City Engineer. Exceptions are access drives, drive- <br />ways, approaches, sales lots, and parking areas in the <br />rural and residential districts of the City that serve <br />farm and residential principal and accessory uses on par- <br />cels of more than one acre. These may be surfaced with <br />1) class 5 gravel, 2) pea rock, 3) crushed rock, or 4) <br />agricultural lime in a manner approved by the City Engi- <br />neer. On parcels of less than one acre, asphalt or con- <br />crete surfaces are required. <br />II. <br />AMENDMENT: Section 4, Subdivision 28, Paragraph 3: (Add underlined <br />sentence) to read: <br />Access drives to principal structures which traverse <br />wooded, steep or open field areas shall be constructed <br />and maintained to a width and base material depth suffi- <br />cient to support access by emergency vehicles. All access <br />drives (driveways) shall comply with the following stand- <br />ards. See also Section 8, Subdivision 4 (C). <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />
