Motion seconded by Ms. <br />Nelson and carried unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to Council adoption of <br />Ordinance No. 16 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX <br />B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY MAKING OUTSIDE <br />STORAGE A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" as <br />it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Ms. <br />Nelson and carried unanimously. <br />Subdividing One -Acre Lots as Sewer Becomes Available - The Board <br />discussed Mr. Miller's 6/3/87 memo on this subject, in which <br />several options were explained in dealing with subdividing one - <br />acre lots. Mr. Cody stated that this issue is not urgent at this <br />time since the comprehensive plan amendment which would create <br />the need for a plan for subdividing one acre lots has not yet <br />been approved. He directed Mr. Miller to compile copies of the <br />methods used by other communities and reports on how the methods <br />are working and submit to the Board for the next P & Z meeting. <br />OLD BUSINESS (NO NEW BUSINESS) <br />Street Numbering - Mr. Irwin is looking into a street number program. <br />Rolling Hills Drive - Mr. Prokop reported, contrary to the 6/8/87 <br />Council minutes, page 3, that the condition of this street is that <br />it has been broken up. <br />Meeting adjourned by unanimous decision at 9:33 P.M. <br />
