• PLANNING & ZONING BOARD July 8, 1987 Page Three MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to Council adoption of Ordinance No. 04 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF STREET AREAS" as it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. Joyer and carried unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to Council adoption of Ordinance No. 06 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING EXTERIOR STORAGE REQUIREMENTS" as it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Mr. McLean and carried unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to Council adoption of Ordinance No. 14 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING EXTERIOR STORAGE REQUIREMENTS" as it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Mrs. Averbeck and carried unanimously. MOTION: Mr. McLean moved to recommend to Council adoption of Ordinance No. 15 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING THE DEFI- NITION SECTION TO INCLUDE OUTDOOR STORAGE /STORAGE YARDS" as it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Ms. Nelson and carried unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend to Council adoption of Ordinance No. 16 -87 "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B , ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY MAKING OUTSIDE STORAGE A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" as it appears within this evening's minutes. Motion seconded by Ms. Nelson and carried unanimously. Subdividing One -Acre Lots as Sewer Becomes Available - The Board discussed Mr. Miller's 6/3/87 memo on this subject, in which several options were explained in dealing with subdividing one - acre lots. Mr. Cody stated that this issue is not urgent at this time since the comprehensive plan amendment which would create the need for a plan for subdividing one acre lots has not yet been approved. He directed Mr. Miller to compile copies of the methods used by other communities and reports on how the methods are working and submit to the Board for the next P & Z meeting. OLD BUSINESS (NO NEW BUSINESS) Street Numbering - Mr. Irwin is looking into a street number program. Rolling Hills Drive - Mr. Prokop reported, contrary to the 6/8/87 Council minutes, page 3, that the condition of this street is that it has been broken up. Meeting adjourned by unanimous decision at 9:33 P.M.
