Motion was carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE: None <br />BUILDING OFFICIAL'S REPORT: <br />- ORDINANCE 17 -87, CONCERNING BUILDING STANDARDS IN <br />COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS. <br />The Council passed the second reading and it will <br />become effective thirty days after publication. <br />- ORDINANCE 18 -87, AMENDING THE DISEASE TREE SECTION OF <br />THE CITY CODE. <br />The Council passed the second reading and it will <br />become effective thirty days after publication. <br />-MINOR SUBDIVISION. <br />The Council approved a Minor subdivision of parcels <br />A, B and C for Mr. Rosenthal. <br />- VACATION OF ALLEN COURT. <br />The Council reviewed this request and denied it, <br />because there are some larger lots to the south <br />of this easement, that sometime in the future could be <br />re- subdivided. <br />-MINOR SUBDIVISION DONLIN. <br />
