• <br />• <br />The Council approved the Minor subdivision of the Art <br />Hawkins property. <br />HELEN MINAR: 5 Acre split for daughter's future home. <br />Ms. Minar would like to subdivide another parcel of her land <br />to deed to her daughter. <br />Discussed were: * The procedure for land splits <br />* Is there a park fee, $160.00 /per lot? <br />* We'll be having more land splits in the <br />future <br />Mrs. Minar asked if the previous $320.00 that she submitted <br />for park fees will cover the subdivision as well. The Board <br />told Mrs. Minar that this would be reviewed by the Park <br />Board. <br />MOTION: John McLean moved for approval of Application <br />87 -24. Mr. Prokop seconded the motion and the motion was <br />carried unanimously. <br />MOTION: The previous motion was amended by Mr. Prokop that <br />the Park Board review the subdivision of Helen Minar. John <br />McLean seconded the motion and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />EL REHBEIN AND SON, INC., E1 Rehbein and Son, Inc. wishes to <br />replat approximately 2.8 acres of land for single family <br />development. This is replat of land formerly proposed for <br />quadraminiums. The land is located at the intersection of <br />C.S.A.H. 10 and Black Duck Drive. <br />Mr. Joyer stepped down from Board to represent El Rehbein <br />and Son, Inc. <br />P & Z members had several questions regarding the <br />preliminary plat. The map was not legible either. One map <br />was drawn over another. Mr. Prokop had a question regarding <br />platting. <br />Discussed were: <br />* Easements <br />* Didn't have Engineer's report <br />* Questions about traffic circulation <br />* Whether lots would face Black Duck <br />Drive and Reshanau <br />* Who would own proposed Outlot A <br />Mr. Miller requested that this item be tabled! <br />MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved that hte request application 87 -23 <br />dated 9/19/87, from El Rehbein and Son (relative to <br />re- platting of lots in Lakes Addition #7) is presented in <br />the application to be tabled for the following reasons: <br />
