Pete <br />will also look into park dedication. <br />John McLean brought up the resident on Birch Street, that <br />has brought in a garage, set it up on blocks and is aprking <br />a vehicle in it. Pete Kluegel is working on this matter. <br />John said it had been there for six months! John McLean <br />also said that the front yard of this person is being used <br />to sell firewood. "He's running a sales lot ", said John. <br />Pete Kluegel will take a look at this and see if he can <br />bring him into compliance with the ordinance. <br />FURTHER NEW BUSINESS - <br />MOTION: Mr. Irwin moved to ask the City Planner to request <br />a definition of lot depths, and how to deal with them. The <br />motion was seconded by Ms. Nelson and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Irwin moved to make corrections in minutes. <br />(Mr. Irwin walked in late and missed the minutes.) <br />* Page 2, Paragraph 3 - St. Paul Waterworks property. <br />Change the word (Water) to (Northerly). <br />There was no second to Mr. Irwin's motion. <br />Mr. Cody responded with a motion moving for correction of <br />minutes. Mr. Prokop seconded the motion and the motion was <br />carried unanimously. <br />Meeting adjourned by unanimous decision at 8:50 p.m. <br />
