MAP - TO BE DONE OVER!! <br />There was no second to Mr. Prokop's motion. <br />MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to table this issue as per John <br />Miller and was seconded by Mr. McLean, motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS: Public improvement policies will be going to <br />City Council this fall for their review and comment. <br />Metro Counicl has reviewed and made suggestions regarding <br />the Comp Plan amendments. In particular, the MUSA <br />boundaries were expanded to allos additional sewer available <br />to residential land. The proposed one acre lots were <br />deleted, and the 2 1/2 acre lot areas were approved. The <br />City has to develop policies for their implementation. <br />Mr. Prokop wanted to get an aerial photo of the 2 1/2 acre <br />lot areas, so that Lino Lakes could determine what areas are <br />buildable. <br />MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved to recommend the City Council <br />purchase of aerial photos of the 2 1/2 acre sites. Motion <br />was seconded by Mr. McLean and the motion was carried <br />unanimously. <br />NEW BUISINESS: John McLean had disucssed with Pete Kluegel <br />an issue with Otter Bay. He pointed out that there has been <br />a cut made by the developer through the cattails. He noted, <br />the City of Lino Lakes took possession of park land as <br />dedication from the previous owner of the Otter Bay and the <br />West Oaks developments. We took possession as an <br />
