• <br />• <br />• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />October 14, 1987 <br />Chairman Cody called to order the regular meeting of the <br />Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board at 7:00 p.m., <br />Wednesday, October 14, 1987. Board members present: <br />Prokop, Irwin, and Averbeck. Board members absent: McLean <br />and Nelson. Also present were: Mr. Kluegel - Building <br />Official, Mr. Miller - City Planner, Don Marier - Liaison of <br />City Council, and Mrs. Husby - Secretary. Mr. Joyer was <br />present but did not act in the capacity of a Board member. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES - September 9, 1987 <br />Correction in Minutes: Mr. Prokop adopted the minutes with <br />two exceptions. 1) last page - last motion, should read <br />Prokop seconding the motion instead of Mr. Cody. 2) a <br />couple of typos. Mr. Cody made a motion for correction in <br />minutes as corrected. Mr. Irwin seconded the motion and the <br />motion was carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Cody said, let it be noted that Mr. McLean joined the <br />meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />OPEN MIKE - None <br />BUILDING OFFICIALS REPORT: Mr. Kluegel reported the <br />following actions taken at the Oct. 14th Council meeting. <br />1) Presented the 3rd quarter building report <br />2) Rezone of lot north of Baldwin Lake Court from ER to R -6 <br />approved September 28th. <br />3) Rezone of Outlot J from R -1 to NB approval <br />September 28th. <br />4) Comprehensive Land Use Plan and amendments approved <br />September 14th. <br />Mr. Cody said, let it be noted that Ms. Nelson joined the <br />meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br />SITE AND BUILDING PLAN - APPROVAL - GREENHOUSE WALDOCH FARMS <br />Jeff Joyer and Dan Waldoch: Mr. Joyer represented Waldoch <br />Farms who is requesting to build a 42 X 60 greenhouse at <br />8174 Lake Drive. This property is zoned for GB at the site <br />of the greenhouse and the balance of this property is zoned <br />Rural & ER. This property is also being used as a truck <br />farm. <br />Mr. McLean questioned future development for this area and <br />expressed concern regarding the multiple zoning of the farm. <br />
