Mr. Kluegel told the Board that to meet the Code requirements
regarding spacing between signs, Mr. Rehbein's sign would have to
be removed.
Mr. Dean explained the material used in the construction of the sign.
Mr. Prokop moved to recommend that applications #86 -37 and #86 -38
for property owned by Glenn Rehbein to erect two signs be approved
with the stipulation that the sign currently in place and owned by
Glenn Rehbein be removed and the permit voided prior to the con-
struction of the new signs. Mrs. Nelson seconded the motion.
Mrs. Klaus noted that if 4th Avenue is constructed in this area,
the new signs would have to moved to meet setback requirements.
Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously.
DOG KENNEL - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Mr. James Flannery of 1381 Holly Drive is requesting a Conditional
Use Permit for a private Dog Kennel. He is considering selling his
property to Dr. John Baillie who owns four dogs and to meet City
Code would require a Kennel License.
Mr._McLean moved to recommend approval of application #86 -39 from Mr.
James Flannery of 1381 Holly Drive for a Dog Kennel. Mrs. Averbeck
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
HAROLD BISEL - MINOR SUBDIVISION LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT
Mr. Bisel of 6381 - 20th Avenue presented a drawing of his lot and
the lot to the south of his property. He explained that this arrange-
ment would not add or subtract any area from either lot but would
provide a more regular lot configuration. He also explained his
driveway is now located on the adjacent lot and by rearranging the
lines the driveway would then be on his own lot.
Mr. Prokop moved to recommend approval of application #86 -36. Mrs.
Averbeck seconded the motion. Mr. McLean asked what Mr. Bisel planned
to do with the adjacent lot. Mr. Bisel said he may sell it.
Voting on the motion, motion carried with Mr. McLean voting no.
• Mr. Prokop moved to extend the meeting time twenty minutes. Mrs.
Klaus seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
