• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />November 12, 1986 <br />Page Five <br />SIGN CRAFTERS - ADVERTISING SIGN - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Arthur Dean representing Sign Crafters appeared before the Plan- <br />ning and Zoning Board to request a Conditional Use Permit to con- <br />struct two advertising signs on the Glenn Rehbein property facing <br />35W. Mr. Kluegel told the Board that to meet the Code requirements <br />regarding spacing between signs, Mr. Rehbein's sign would have to <br />be removed. <br />Mr. Dean explained the material used in the construction of the sign. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to recommend that applications #86 -37 and #86 -38 <br />for property owned by Glenn Rehbein to erect two signs be approved <br />with the stipulation that the sign currently in place and owned by <br />Glenn Rehbein be removed and the permit voided prior to the con- <br />struction of the new signs. Mrs. Nelson seconded the motion. <br />Mrs. Klaus noted that if 4th Avenue is constructed in this area, <br />the new signs would have to moved to meet setback requirements. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />DOG KENNEL - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. James Flannery of 1381 Holly Drive is requesting a Conditional <br />Use Permit for a private Dog Kennel. He is considering selling his <br />property to Dr. John Baillie who owns four dogs and to meet City <br />Code would require a Kennel License. <br />Mr._McLean moved to recommend approval of application #86 -39 from Mr. <br />James Flannery of 1381 Holly Drive for a Dog Kennel. Mrs. Averbeck <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />HAROLD BISEL - MINOR SUBDIVISION LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />Mr. Bisel of 6381 - 20th Avenue presented a drawing of his lot and <br />the lot to the south of his property. He explained that this arrange- <br />ment would not add or subtract any area from either lot but would <br />provide a more regular lot configuration. He also explained his <br />driveway is now located on the adjacent lot and by rearranging the <br />lines the driveway would then be on his own lot. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to recommend approval of application #86 -36. Mrs. <br />Averbeck seconded the motion. Mr. McLean asked what Mr. Bisel planned <br />to do with the adjacent lot. Mr. Bisel said he may sell it. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried with Mr. McLean voting no. <br />• Mr. Prokop moved to extend the meeting time twenty minutes. Mrs. <br />Klaus seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
