• <br />• <br />• <br />Special Planning and Zoning <br />September 21, 1982 <br />Page Two <br />carried with Mr. McLean voting, No. <br />Mr. Prokop moved that the Planning and Zoning express to the City <br />Council their serious concerns on this matter on tonight's minutes and <br />in reference to the September 15, 1982 memo, the whole question of <br />responsibility relative to dealing with the public by Council of Lino <br />Lakes concerning the administration and enforcing of zoning ordinance. <br />It appears to us that there are some serious problems here and we <br />recommend the Council look into this matter very seriously and very <br />carefully and to provide any aF-d —s— remedies as nom^=== _-fti• Seconded <br />by Mr. McLean.
