• • • June 9, 1982 Planning and Zoning Board The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board was called to order at 7:40 P.M., June 9, 1982 by Chairman Johnson, with the following members present; Goldade, Juleen, Krause, Johnson, Prokop, Doocy. Absent, McLean. Mr. Klugel and Mrs. Sarner were also present. MINUTES - MAY 12, 1982 Mr. Juleen moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Prokop. Motion carried unanimously. COUNCIL ACTIONS The Task Force as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board was approved with the addition of Mr. Peter Rosenthal to fill out the list. The Klosner° /Goertz request was approved with the setting of a time table for the landscaping. Mr. McDermott's variance was approved. The request for a Kennel License by Mr. Barry was approved. The WCCO Special Use Permit was approved. There had been questions on radiation fallout whcih Mrs. Elsenpeter will research. There was discussion of the Task Force with the positions of Chairman, Vice - Chairman and Recording Secretay being decided by that body as unnecessary. If there are modifications or recommendations for changes, they will be taped. The Clerk discussed the new State Law which gives the City control on the transfer of property if it is less than the whole parcel. This requires that the Deed be stamped with an approval stamp and signed by the Clerk and it must also have the City Seal, otherwise the County Auditor will not transfer title. The general consensus of the Planning and Zoning Board was this is a good law. SPECIAL USE PERMIT - NIEMCZYK This is for the operation of a Beauty Shop in a resident. Residents within 350' have been notified and there was no one present to speak on this request. There was discussion on parking with Mrs. Niemczyk noting that she will only have one chair, therefore the parking would be liminted to, at the most two at any one time. Mr. Juleen moved to approve this Special Use Permit for a Beauth Shop in a residence with the stipulation that this operation be limited to one chair. Seconded by Mr. Doocy. Motion carried unanimously. VARIANCE - LOT SUBDIVISION - HENRIKSEN This is to allow the subdivision of a parcel of land that had been started several years ago. The deeds for drainage easements have been corrected and signed and the survey has been completed.
