• <br />• <br />• <br />June 9, 1982 <br />Planning and Zoning Board <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board was <br />called to order at 7:40 P.M., June 9, 1982 by Chairman Johnson, with <br />the following members present; Goldade, Juleen, Krause, Johnson, Prokop, <br />Doocy. Absent, McLean. Mr. Klugel and Mrs. Sarner were also present. <br />MINUTES - MAY 12, 1982 <br />Mr. Juleen moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. <br />Prokop. Motion carried unanimously. <br />COUNCIL ACTIONS <br />The Task Force as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board was <br />approved with the addition of Mr. Peter Rosenthal to fill out the list. <br />The Klosner° /Goertz request was approved with the setting of a time <br />table for the landscaping. Mr. McDermott's variance was approved. The <br />request for a Kennel License by Mr. Barry was approved. The WCCO <br />Special Use Permit was approved. There had been questions on radiation <br />fallout whcih Mrs. Elsenpeter will research. <br />There was discussion of the Task Force with the positions of Chairman, <br />Vice - Chairman and Recording Secretay being decided by that body as <br />unnecessary. If there are modifications or recommendations for changes, <br />they will be taped. <br />The Clerk discussed the new State Law which gives the City control on <br />the transfer of property if it is less than the whole parcel. This <br />requires that the Deed be stamped with an approval stamp and signed by <br />the Clerk and it must also have the City Seal, otherwise the County <br />Auditor will not transfer title. The general consensus of the Planning <br />and Zoning Board was this is a good law. <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT - NIEMCZYK <br />This is for the operation of a Beauty Shop in a resident. Residents <br />within 350' have been notified and there was no one present to speak on <br />this request. <br />There was discussion on parking with Mrs. Niemczyk noting that she will <br />only have one chair, therefore the parking would be liminted to, at the <br />most two at any one time. <br />Mr. Juleen moved to approve this Special Use Permit for a Beauth Shop <br />in a residence with the stipulation that this operation be limited to <br />one chair. Seconded by Mr. Doocy. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VARIANCE - LOT SUBDIVISION - HENRIKSEN <br />This is to allow the subdivision of a parcel of land that had been <br />started several years ago. The deeds for drainage easements have been <br />corrected and signed and the survey has been completed. <br />
