Mr. Cordell wants to split this into 3 parcels of land <br />in order to settle the Estate. <br />The various aspects of this division was discussed and cleared. Mr. <br />Goldade moved to approve the subdivision by metes and bounds per the <br />revised survey dated May 6, 1983. Seconded by Mr. Ostlie. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />WOLTERS - REZONE LI - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Short's letter of May 9, 1983 was read by the members. Mr. Wolters <br />is asking to rezone his property from GB to LI and a Conditional Use <br />Permit for an additional building. The rezone will be dealth with first. <br />It was generally conceded that Mr. Wolter's operation is more consistent <br />with LI than with GB - is also bordered on the North by LI. <br />Mr. Goldade moved to recommend Planning and Zoning approval of the <br />rezoning request at 7791 Lake Drive in that it is bordered on the North <br />by LI and his currect activities is consistent to LI. Seconded by Mr. <br />Cody. Motion carried with Mr. Ostlie voting, No. <br />On considering the Conditional Use Permit, Mr. Goldade moved to table <br />this request for a Conditional Use Permit. Mr. Wolter's to provide a <br />complete site plan to include landscaping and screening. Seconded by <br />Mrs. Klaus. Motion carried unanimously. <br />MR. Cody emphasized that this site and building plans must comform to <br />the applicable ordinances. <br />BILL MOLIN - REZONE - LI TO GI - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Kluegel noted that Mr. Molin was not present. There was a motion <br />to table. Mr. Schumacher explained that the Council had established a <br />Public Hearing on this request for August 29, 1983 at 7:15 P.M. <br />The general consensus of th e Planning and Zoning members was that the <br />rule of this Board is not to discuss an agenda item urhless the applicant <br />is present and they questioned the Council setting a Public Hearing be- <br />fore the Planning and Zoning Board had made a recommendation. <br />Mr. Schumacher suggested that Mr. Kluegel review this matter before this <br />Board takes any action. <br />The motion and the second to table this item was removed. Mr. Ostlie <br />moved to postpone this item to later in the agenda. Seconded by Mr. <br />Goldade. Motion carried unanimously. <br />NORTHWEST AMPS - AT &T - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />This request is for the construction of a transmission tower on the East <br />side of the City, East of 135E, on the Acton Property. <br />Mr. Kluegel presented this request. Mr. Tom Araka, who represents the <br />Amps Company. <br />
