The <br />starting times were discussed and it was noted that the work starts about <br />6:00 A.M. There was discussion on looking at some type of sound screen- <br />ing. It was suggested that Mr Molin work with Mr. Kluegel to look into <br />some type of noise abatement. <br />Mr. Ostlie moved r, the Conditional Use Permit <br />for Molin Concrete, 415 Lilac be contingent upon the applicant <br />return to the P &Z with a modified plan whereby area to be rezoned to GI <br />be limited beyond what it would presently be, and as a contingency for <br />the conditional use permit, that a noise abatemen <br />Klaus. Motion carried unanimously. <br />• Z. - <br />Seconded by Mrs. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that a Public Hearing on the Rezoning has been <br />scheduled for August 29, 1983 at 7:15 P.M. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Doocy noted that Mr. Short had made the comment 'that he had little <br />time to review' both the Wolter's and Molin's request - is there some <br />way these can be forwarded to Mr. Short sooner? <br />IIIThe guidelines of what should or should not be forwarded to MR. Short <br />was discussed. The P &Z felt that he should be involved in all Rezoning <br />request, plats, <br />Mr. Prokop asked about the packets - Mr.Kluegel said there should be some <br />revision of those forms. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />There was no new business. <br />Mrs. Klaus moved to adjourn.
