Planning and Zoning Board <br />April 13, 1983 <br />Isregular meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board was called to order by <br />Chairman Prokop at 7:30 P.M., Wednesday, April 13, 1983. Members present: Doocy, <br />McLean, Prokop, Klaus, Goldade, Ustlie. Members absent: Johnson. Mr. Kluegel, Zoning <br />Official and Mr. Schumacher, City Administrator were also present. <br />MINUTES <br />January 12, 1983 - Mr. Doocy moved to approve the minutes as corrected. Mr. Ostlie seconded <br />the motion. Motion. declared passed. Mr. McLean abstained. <br />March 9, 1983 - Corrections as follows: after the 6th paragraph, page 1, title the sect- <br />ion, BILL HAWKINS - CITY ATTORNEY. <br />1st page, end of 8th paragraph add a paragraph saying "Mr. Kluegel noted <br />this registration procedure was effective January 1, 1983." <br />2nd page, 4th paragraph, 4th sentence, add the word "owner" after the <br />word property. <br />3rd page, 9th paragraph should read "Mr Goldade referred to item #1 again." <br />Item #3 change to Item #2, <br />Item #4 change to Item #3, <br />Item #5 change to Item #4, <br />Page 4, Item #6 change to Item #5 <br />Item #7 change to Item #6 <br />Item #9 change to Item #7 <br />ilkMcLean moved to approve the March 9, 1983 minutes as amended. Mrs. Klaus seconded the <br />on. Motion declared passed. <br />March 23, 1983 - Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Doocy seconded <br />the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />March 30, 1983 - Mr. McLean moved to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Ostlie seconded <br />the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />VARIANCE - ROBERT WALLS <br />Mr. Walls had presented a metes and bounds subdivision for information purposes at the <br />March 9, 1983 Planning and Zoning Board meeting and the Board and Mr. Hawkins had sugg- <br />ested that Mr. Walls redraw his proposal into 22 acre lots with a 60' easement over two <br />lots. Mr. Walls had previously recorded his subdivision during a break in the moratorum <br />in April, 1982. This new drawing reflects what the Board had requested regarding record- <br />ing an easement for street purposes over lots C & D. <br />Mr. McLean moved to recommend to the Council that the application for a variance to Section <br />5, Ordinance 85 be accepted from Mr. Robert Walls and his property.the reason being the <br />subdivision was recorded in April, 1982 when the moratorum was not in effect and Mr. Walls <br />has met the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Ostlie seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Doocy asked when utility easements are recorded? He was referring to lot G. Mr. McLean <br />explained that since the easement for egress and ingress is recorded any other easements <br />clot G could be recorded when the lot is presented for development. <br />
