Should refer to 11,075 pounds gross weight. <br />Mr. McLean moved to approve the changes in this section on pages 109 through 116. Mrs. <br />Klaus seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr.,,. Ostlie questioned if there were adequate definitions for riding arenas or stable. <br />It was discussed and it was felt that Mr. Short should define "Horse Arena ". <br />- Page 24, top of the page, omit first word "written ". In the 4th sentence omit the word <br />"within'. <br />- Page 19 (F). word "occupation" mispelled. <br />Mr. McLean moved to accept the changes suggested by Mr. Ostlie, Mrs. Klaus seconded <br />the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Mrs. Klaus and Mr. McLean had no changes or comments. <br />Mr. Short said he will add some langauge regarding buffering in pages 63 and 65. He <br />felt it was not necessary to buffer between R -3 and R -4 and a single family neighborhood <br />should be buffered from any other district. Manufactured Housing should be buffered. <br />- Page 79 (R) Change 10' to 20' <br />Mrs. Klaus moved to change (R) on page 79 to read 20' not 10'. Mr. Ostlie seconded the <br />motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. McLean moved where a side or rear lot line of a R -3 or R -4 District abutts an adjac- <br />ent ER, R -1, R -2 or R District a landscape buffer area shall be provided not less than <br />20' in depth. It shall contain landscaping, berming or other screening suitable to pro- <br />vide an effective visual screen. Also see 1005.04, Subd. 25 (Screening). Mrs. Klaus <br />seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Short asked if an Index is to be included with the Ordinance. This is a very time <br />consuming project.
