Mr. Doocy seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. - Page 78, (5) (H). Add section. Mr. Goldade moved to add a section labeled (H) which reads, "Common walks when deemed necessary shall be a minimum width of three (3) feet." Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. -Page 78, (5) (K), Mr. Goldade moved to change the words "building inspector" to "zoning official ". Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. The meeting was recessed at 9:50 p.m. for ten minutes. - Page 79, (5) (N) add, Mr. Johnson moved to change the word "sidewalk" to "walkway". Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. -Page 79, (5) (R). Mr. Johnson moved to add to the paragraph; "screening shall meet the requirements established in 1005.04, Subd. 25. Mr. Goldade seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. - Page 79, (5) (T), Mr. Doocy moved to add to this sentence, "all shall meet all standards established by the City ". Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. Page 79, (5) (U), Mr. McLean moved to insert in the first sentence; "one accessory build - ng not larger than 120 square feet for outside..." Mr. Johnson seconded the motion. Mot- ion declared passed. -Page 80, (5) (X), Mr. Johnson moved to delete this section entirely. Mr. Goldade seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. -Page 80, (EE), (i), Mr. McLean moved to rewrite the paragraph to read; "Each manufactured home site shall have off - street parking space paved with concrete and /or bituminous for two (2) automobiles." Mr. Doocy seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. -Page 80, 81, (EE) (iii), Mr. Johnson moved to rewrite the paragraph to read, "Access drives off roads to all parking spaces and manufactured home lots shall be paved with concrete or bituminous." Mr. Doocy seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. -Page 81, (6) (C), Mr. Johnson moved to rewrite this paragraph to read; "Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the Zoning Official shall issue a Certificate of Occupancy to the installer. Permit shall state the date of issuance and shall precisely describe the location of the manufactured home." Mr. Doocy seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. Mr. Prokop moved to have this section of the ordinance re- alphabetized. Mr. McLean seconded the motion. Motion declared passed. Mr. Johnson moved to continue the meeting until March 30, 1983 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. McLean seconded the motion.
